About ZAPiT Games™

ZAPiT Games, based in Mississauga, Canada (near Toronto), was formed in 2003 to create a game system specifically designed to meet the needs of the 21st century family. Its mission is to make the Game Wave™ family entertainment system the world's first choice in family gaming. In order to achieve this goal, ZAPiT Games partnered with several international research and development firms such as National Semiconductor, Panasonic, Macrovision and Altera to create the Game Wave™ and its operating system from scratch. The ZAPiT Games team consists of skilled professionals from a wide variety of backgrounds including traditional board games, video games, television, journalism, communications, and graphic design.
