My game of Zap 21 Quickdraw froze - how do I get the cards to deal?

Turn the Game Wave off and then on again. Once Zap 21 loads and you choose to play Quickdraw, activate a different colour remote (if you were using the red and blue remotes before, try the green and yellow remotes), and enter different names.

To avoid this problem, try to only exit games of Quickdraw between rounds or games (when viewing the scoreboard) by pressing the "menu" button on your remote and choosing to exit the game.
