When playing a DVD, the audio sounds fine but the picture is blurry or non-existent. Why is this?

This could be because the Game Wave™ is plugged in through a VCR. Some DVDs feature a copy protection system that deliberately scrambles the picture in these circumstances. We recommend that the Game Wave™ be plugged directly into the TV.
